a week agoPretty good facility. Not always the most helpful staff. For God's sake, get some newer used baseballs. The baseballs are such garbage, literally mush and soft. I actually didn't even think they were the legit baseballs for the cage, perhaps got a bucket of spongey tee balls by mistake. Pretty ridiculous to have such trash balls, the feedback sucks even when you hit a laser. Come on, do better. Get some balls that aren't fuzzy and squishy, you charge plenty for the facility usages, and we know you don't pay for any sort of a/c, invest back on some equipment, you owe customers that much.

3 weeks agoLowkirkentually Ubi. Best written review i’ve ever seen in my life. You’re truly the king of Chat GPT. Shae is the absolute man!! Hardest working man in the cages! Always asking if I need any help and super respectful. Cages are always super clean and neat.

a month agoUbi Sheikh has no idea what he’s talking about. If you’re going to slam someone in a review at least spell their name correctly. I am here to counter his terrible review with a glowingly positive one. I had an excellent time at the cages. Shae was very helpful and attentive to our time there. Can’t recommend this place enough!

a month agoThe facility at Extra Innings in Chandler is actually decent and good—which is a real shame, because the customer service is a masterclass in irony. Let’s talk about the MVP: Shay. Give this man an award, because the sheer dedication it takes to consistently perform the absolute bare minimum is nothing short of heroic. If laziness were an Olympic sport, Shay would have someone else go pick up his gold medal for him. Then there’s Tyrone. While Shay is busy conserving his life force, Tareek is absolutely grinding. What is he working so hard on? Putting 110% of his effort into being actively, aggressively rude. You have to admire the commitment to the craft. This was my second visit, and the suspense is thrilling. Will there be a third? Will Shay manage to blink? Will Tareek find a way to glare even harder? Only time will tell. Facility gets a thumbs up; staff gets a standing ovation for making me feel entirely unwelcome.

a month agoThere is no air conditioning in the hitting area, but it is and organized area. They have no automatic pitching machines.
