in the last weekSuch and incredible team at this location. Anna and Chuck run a tight ship and work overtime to take care of everyone there. Friendly staff is just part of the culture. I've had great experiences with everyone there, Mia, Sydney and all the rest of them. This place is kinda my happy place.

2 months agoWhat is the point of paying a monthly fee to be able to have the ability to "reserve" a pitching lane if I cannot schedule over the phone? If I can't schedule it preemptively then it is not a reservation and first come, first serve. Doesn't give me the ability to plan out my day. And when trying to convey this feedback to a manager (and the fact I've reserved a lane over the phone before) I got nothing but negative push back. Inconsistently ran and doesn't deliver on what they make you pay for.
