This is the beginning of a Sandlot Revolution community site. We believe sandlot represents a new era of baseball that is accessible, inclusive, and fun again. The goal is to connect teams and inspire participation in sandlot baseball around the world. “6” represents the 6th tool of baseball, the mind, the FUN.

2 weeks agoHoward is the best!!! We arrived with not a clue how to swing a baseball bat and left with a new skill and a new friend. We’re not from the states, so new to baseball, and we fully imagined we could figure the kit out between us. Howard was going to just teach us how to use it and leave us to it. But we asked him a few questions and before you know it, he’s teaching us all the tricks, giving us the best cues and we couldn’t believe our luck. What a nice guy and what a passion for the sport and community. If we find ourselves in Austin again Howard, we’ll head back for sure! Thanks again

3 months agoBeware of this place. The owner can get a little strange and start off giving you space after regular sessions (30min preferred) but then he came around saying can give a lesson and declined as son only wanted to hit balls then charge you for it. It’s in his backyard. Also be sure to give a 24-hour notice because if you only give a couple hour cancel notice he’ll charge you and make you pay before returning. (It was raining cats and dogs and my son wasn’t feeling well after school so had to cancel, fyi traffic is bad at 3-4pm from Central Austin takes 30min to get there.) We will not be returning. The cages are going downhill anyways machine is crooked and floors dirty and unkept and prices have gone up.

a year agoGreat spot! Kind of a strange entrance in the back of a house but we were greeted once we got there and had a really nice time. The setup is fun and we got to have the entire space to ourselves

a year agoI hate this place, as an amateur baseball player, I was looking for a place to tune my talents, and came here. Immediately I could not find it due to it being behind many trees in some neiborhood, then it happened, A large pit bull chanced me out of the area and around the corner. I will never come to this cage again
