2 weeks agoI recently visited Infinite Hitting in Austin expecting a solid training experience, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price point. The cost feels high for what’s actually offered the facilities and equipment are decent, but nothing special enough to justify the rates.The experience was mixed due to the staff. The guy in the black shirt was great welcoming, friendly, and clearly working hard the entire time. Unfortunately, the kid in the blue shirt with curly hair was a big letdown. He seemed very lazy, spent most of the time just sitting there, and had zero customer service energy. It really took away from the overall vibe and made the session feel like a waste of time and money especially coming in on a Saturday and there’s no one else there.If you’re looking for quality hitting training, I’d suggest shopping around or at least knowing what you’re paying for. The good staff member showed what the place could be, but the lack of consistent effort from others made it not worth it for me.

3 months agoMy 6 year old son moved up to coach pitch this spring, and was struggling with his hitting. He was getting discouraged and not enjoying the game. We decided to start lessons here to give him some confidence and help him work on technique. He’s had 2 lessons so far and has enjoyed it so much. And we are already seeing an improvement. The coaches have been kind, patient and know how to work with him to best help him even at his age. It’s not cheap but it’s not anymore expensive than other place. Totally worth it!
