Coach Simon at South Bay Training has been amazing for our baseball journey. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to connect with players at every level. What really stands out is how he breaks things down in a way that makes sense, focusing on fundamentals while also building confidence. You can tell he genuinely cares about each athlete’s development, not just performance but mindset as well. We’ve seen real improvement in mechanics, consistency, and overall confidence on the field. Highly recommend Coach Simon to any player or parent looking for quality baseball training in the South Bay.

This is a golden spot for ball players. The cage prices are reasonable and the staff is very accomodating. My primary review is about the private sessions though - the coaches (we are working with Jason and Tony) have been extremely helpful and work with our boys like they are family. We greatly appreciate their work. Ben of course, is always great about helping us work in appointments with chaotic schedules.
