2 weeks agoOur family loves the RSG. Our girls have been playing lacrosse here for years and it’s the only way our teams have gotten playing time this year with all the rain! Everyone is friendly and accommodating and having food is an extra bonus for busy family nights.

2 weeks agoRochester’s Go-To Indoor Hub for Youth Sports and Active Kids!Rochester Sports Garden (RSG) is an incredible facility and truly a cornerstone for youth sports in the Rochester area.I’ve had an outstanding experience with RSG as both a winter training home and a year-round partner for athletes through lacrosse. The facility is extremely well-maintained and offers something for everyone — from basketball courts and batting cages to CrossFit RSG, turf fields for lacrosse, soccer, and baseball, plus pickleball and more.What really sets RSG apart is their commitment to the community. The staff is consistently welcoming, flexible, and supportive — especially when it comes to accommodating indoor practice needs during unpredictable spring weather. Their willingness to help keep athletes active and developing, no matter the conditions, means a lot.My family has also attended a birthday party there, and it was a fantastic experience — well organized, fun, and perfect for active kids.I am extremely grateful for their continued support of Rush Henrietta Youth Lacrosse and highly recommend RSG to any team, athlete, or family looking for a top-tier indoor sports facility in the Rochester area!

The facility is clean, well-run, and offers plenty of space for athletes — including turf fields, courts, and training areas for a wide range of sports.The staff deserves real credit for how accommodating and flexible they are, especially when weather forces last-minute indoor needs.We’ve also attended a birthday party here and had a great time — everything was smooth, organized, and perfect for active kids.I appreciate their continued support of local youth sports and would highly recommend RSG to any athlete, team, or family in the Rochester area.
