It was small but the experience and costumer service is huge!!

My friend and I booked an hour cricket bowling coaching session with this establishment several weeks ago, indicated by the screenshot of the text I’ve included here. We don’t live in the same county, this was a bit of a trek for us.We arrived at 10am, as we were scheduled to. We check the doors and they’re locked. We call the business, no answer. I wait a few minutes and call again. We get an answer I’m assuming from someone masquerading as the owner. He says he has to check what’s going on and he would call us back. Ten minutes go by and we don’t receive a call back. I call again. He says the “coach” doesn’t have transportation and someone has to give him a lift and will be there in 15 minutes. We wait the allotted time and leave.At the 20 minute mark of the 15, and halfway down the road home the alleged owner calls us back asking where we are. We explain this was unprofessional and a waste of our time. The “owner” asked us if we paid ahead of time and if we didn’t that’s why it didn’t show on the system, which was somehow implying it was our fault that we didn’t show up in the system.Highly disorganized, very unprofessional, I don’t think they care about their reputation or impression they make. Disappointing is an understatement, this entire engagement was completely untenable and I highly advise anyone from entertaining the notion of even hinting at patronizing this sham of a sports gym.
