I used to actually trust this business, which is what makes this whole situation even more frustrating.Recently, I decided to invest in what they claimed was the best bat they had in stock — a supposed Grade 1 English Willow bat priced at over $400 ($500+ after knocking). I didn’t hesitate because I wanted the best, and I had been a loyal customer here for months.What I received was a complete scam.After testing the bat with just a few underarm bowls, the grip started coming loose — which is already ridiculous for a $500+ bat. But then I noticed something even worse: the grains on the bat’s face changed completely after light sanding.I have clear before-and-after photos showing this. Grains that were there when the bat arrived just vanished, and completely different grains appeared. This is not possible with a genuine, single-piece willow bat. This isn’t just suspicious — it’s proof of tampering or faking. Whether it’s a painted surface or a veneered layer, it’s obvious this is not the Grade 1 bat they promised.When I brought this up, complete with photo evidence, their response? A copy-paste message hiding behind a return policy that voids any refund once the bat has been sanded. So let me get this straight: they sell you a counterfeit, and the moment you try to verify authenticity, they deny a return because you tried to check the quality?That’s not a return policy — that’s a trap.Let’s be clear: this place is knowingly selling low-quality or counterfeit cricket gear, advertising it as top-tier, and then dodging accountability with fine print and policies meant to protect themselves, not the customer.Here’s what you need to know before giving them your money: • Their $500+ “Grade 1” bats are not authentic. • Their return policy is predatory. • Their customer service is non-existent when there’s a real problem. • Even if you’re a loyal, paying customer who has supported their business by renting cages and buying gear, they will not back their products.This used to be a place I trusted, and now I wouldn’t spend another dollar here. Absolutely disgraceful.
