3 years agoGreat place for both baseball and softball players who want to train at the next level. After about a year of training here, my exit velocity and my throwing velocity have both increased greatly. There have all different kinds of age levels from 12-year-olds to college and pro athletes. This allows for me to see some of the best baseball players in the Sacramento area hard at work. The trainers work hard to give a personalized training plan based on your goals and level of play. OA has helped me achieve a higher level of baseball play and I highly recommend coming here.

3 years agoA fantastic place to train. My high school sons have the opportunity to train next to college and pro athletes and they are getting better every day. They have year round options if your player is in games and can create plans to ensure health and success. I can't say enough about the work that Ryan and Stephen are doing.
