Dirty Water
2 weeks agoSmall, run down facility with not much to offer but some hitting and pitching. No infield simulator to practice plays. No pitching machines that I could see. The lighting sucks. Seems very dim to me. As a parent, it’s not a comfortable facility either. The few decades old metal folding chairs they have for you to sit in are all broken and most are missing their back so you’re leaning against a metal bar. The place is always cold too. I dread going here and hate waiting for my son to finish practicing. This place has all the charm and comfort of a basement. All Star Academy in Latham is a much nicer facility by leaps and bounds. This place could use some TLC. At the very least replace the broken chairs for the parents.

3 weeks agoMy granddaughter was attending a camp there doodle a week vacation she had and I stopped in early to see what it was about. It was run very efficiently. The coaches they had were kind attentive to the kids. All the kids were having a great time I definitely would recommend this place.

a month agoMy kids attended here, The coaches wasted 15 minutes of the hour every single time so the kids did not get a full hour of training or practice, They did not correct their throws they did not correct they’re hitting they did not show them how to catch. They let them bat, catch and throw all improperly without ever correcting them. I will never come here again. I will never refer anyone. Do not come to frozen ropes. All the kids did for 45 minutes is throw and pitch and catch incorrectly never taught the basic mechanics.
