Our instructors at 312 Baseball Lab are former and current professional players, former college stars, and area coaches with years of experience. They have a love, passion, and respect for the game that they share with their students while teaching mechanics and fundamentals. Coach Martin has been instrumental in improving our daughter’s hitting, while Coach Zack has helped refine her pitching with unique and effective techniques. Both are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. We appreciate their guidance and the effort they put into getting players game-ready. Highly recommend 312 Baseball Lab!

2 weeks agoIt has been such an honor to work with the entire 312 team. Our kid is 8 years old and started practicing with Coach Martin earlier this year. Since practicing with the team, his skill set has notably improved. Coach Martin is able to easily detect flaws in our kid batting; be breaks down his mechanics and help him to adjust for the best. We are now playing with the travel team and we’re so excited to see his growth.

His passion for teaching and his personalized approach—where he tailors his instruction to each player's unique swing—set him apart. My daughter, Viviana, has not only improved her skills but also gained the confidence to hit the ball with power. He loves it and is always looking forward to the next training session. Coach Martin, Coach Mike & Coach Drew are great, they teach these boys good baseball skills!
