Our instructors at 312 Baseball Lab are former and current professional players, former college stars, and area coaches with years of experience. They have a love, passion, and respect for the game that they share with their students while teaching mechanics and fundamentals. It is our privilege to teach your child, and we do not take that privilege lightly.

Coach Martin has been instrumental in improving our daughter’s hitting, while Coach Zack has helped refine her pitching with unique and effective techniques. His passion for teaching and his personalized approach—where he tailors his instruction to each player's unique swing—set him apart. My daughter, Viviana, has not only improved her skills but also gained the confidence to hit the ball with power. Coach Martin was fantastic, providing expert guidance and personalized instruction that immediately made an impact. It makes all the difference and you and your child will see the development & growth! My son and his baseball team have found their training home with 312 Baseball Lab!

10 months agoMy son has been training at 312 for over a year now. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I have seen the growth not only in his performance but mentally as well. The coaching staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. They are so easy to talk to and are always open to discuss any concerns. They really care about the kids and how they are doing on and off the field. One of their main focus is the development of the players and it truly shows. Coach Martin has created such a great environment and positive outlet for kids. I cannot recommend this facility enough, it is truly amazing!
