The older gentleman who is always at the front desk is rude.. Today has been one of the most unpleasant days for me and my teammates.. That man is a despot; he treats us terribly and thinks he can do whatever he pleases, violating our rights as Platinum members.. He treated my friend really poorly, telling him that he wasn't entitled to the membership and couldn't go in for his batting practice.. It’s absolutely ridiculous—after we’ve been coming to this place for months, doing the exact same thing, for him to say that today. I honestly think he’s completely crazy or has some kind of disorder. They should fire him for treating us poorly and violating our rights as members.. Other people outside in the parking lot also told us the same thing—that they have been mistreated by him. They definitely should fire him.. Personally, my team and I won't be going back to that place until we see that that person isn't there anymore. We're going to cancel our membership.. We are also going to tell the teams in our association not to go there, because we don't want them to be treated as poorly as we were.. The company is going to lose a lot of customers if they don't find a solution regarding this unpleasant man.. We hope that you address this matter for the sake of the people who do not deserve to be mistreated..

1 star. Very disappointing experience. About a month and a half ago, we bought a Platinum membership and asked all the questions. We were told multiple people could be registered under it.Today, I came in (my name is on the membership), and the staff member was very rude and told me no one else could use it. That contradicts what we were told when we signed up.On top of that, the place was completely empty, so the attitude was unnecessary.Poor customer service and unclear policies. I won’t be stepping foot in this place again.

My son Jesus loves it. It's a super family-friendly and charming place. Baseball fans enjoy it. Good prices and very safe.
