South Bay Sports Training & Batting Cages

My boys have both loved their private lessons at South Bay Training. They do batting, fielding, pitching and catching! They have grown leaps and bounds because of the amazing instruction they’ve received and we couldn’t be more pleased. The coaches are so positive and professional. The technology is incredibly helpful as they can review their swings and track velocity and distance etc. while batting. We’ve had many other coaches and taking lessons at many different places over the course of their baseball career so far - South Bay is the only place that has made a huge difference.

The individual baseball lessons at South Bay Sports are far and away the best lessons we've ever participated in. Always on-time, always focused and ready to teach. The instructors are just plain great people. The 30 minute sessions are a perfect length, not too short, not too long. Lessons don't make the player, but they provide a drill examples for the parents to continue those drills outside of the lessons, and that is where players are made.The facility where individual lessons are held is top notch and parking has never been an issue.A first class operation with first class instructors.

There are 4 batting cages, 2 for baseball and 2 for softball. Good services.
