2 years agoBen was extremely helpful and was accommodating for us when we visited July 9th. My son was able to try a variety of bats and also the bat he had just purchased. Being from Canada he showed us around and we even became friends with another patron that we shared the cage with. Definitely be back here when we come back to visit!

a year agoBen is awesome! My daughters were a little apprehensive about the cages but he gave us a great overview of how everything worked and put their minds at ease.And sure enough, they had an awesome time... and now they can't wait to go back! 🤩

a year agoBest batting cages in the Bay Area! Front desk is very friendly and is really helpful. There is a nice little retail store inside thats perfect for just baseball/softball equipment & apparel. The all-u-can-hit deal was perfect for me and my group. We hung out for over a couple hours and just rotated through and took turns. Super smooth! We will be back for sure!

a year agoWe love South Bay Training and the whole Trosky family. We have been coming here since 2019. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coaches are highly experienced and educate the kids on all facets of the game – both physically & mentally. Anyone looking for batting cages, gear, private lessons, are a competitive travel ball team, South Bay Training is the place for you!

2 years agoI love this place! I hit here on my own and always get good work in. I also have gotten lessons here and Coach Simon helped me get my swing right! I went and posted my best numbers at the highest level I’ve ever played! This is definitely the place to go get your work in if you’re trying to get better or even if you’re just trying to take some swings for fun
