Been bringing my son here for the last couple of baseball seasons to warm up before games and to keep him ready for the following season's. They have a great clinic during the fall season that really helps fine tune technique and on field scenarios. The cages are great for hitting! Don't forget to get your ice cold Gatorade from the fridge before you head out!

I recently discovered this place and thought it was amazing. I was planning to go today for the happy hour, but I was informed that it’s no longer happening and that I would need to pay $30 for the day. Given my work schedule, I wouldn’t be able to get full value out of it. I might have time for only 40 to 60 pitches throughout the week, which isn’t enough to make it worthwhile.Additionally, during my visits, I’ve only found one slow pitch cage functional for weeks, which has forced multiple people to share it — quite frustrating. I want to rate this experience, and while I was tempted to give a one-star review out of frustration, I’ve decided to leave two stars because of the excellent staff and my hope that improvements will be made.I was also speaking with a coach about purchasing lessons and having my father’s glove restored and restrung. Unfortunately, this recent experience has really put me off.

My husband and I just drove here from Palo Alto and we even spoke with the guy on the phone before hand only for them to turn us away because we had a Groupon, and the guy made us pay. There were others in line with us who also bought a Groupon and we were all pretty shocked at the lack of professionalism and organization of this place. I would be very embarrassed if I were the owner of this establishment. Yikes!

Hard to find a place having pitching machines. But the machines are a little old. Sometimes the ball doesn’t come out, sometimes the machine fails to be turned off. But the experience is good. They have 45, 55, 70, 80mph pitching machines, it’s sufficient for “all you can hit”, it costs 15usd per person, it’s fun to play out there.

Owner would not honor Groupon as stated on Groupon. When I asked for clarification, he hung up on me. When I called back to better understand what options were available, the owner said they had to prioritize people who were paying him. Careful when buying the Groupon. Updated to add post follow up call: regardless of the “hanging up” incident which actually happened three times as you then also hung up on me when you called me to tell me you didn’t want my business anyway, you are unwilling to honor the terms of the Groupon. Which state that a reservation is required. You did not offer any alternative, and in fact when I asked for an alternative, you told me “what do you want from me, you can pay $75 to book a cage or show up and deal with first come first serve”. When I said I had already paid for the Groupon that said reservations were required, and asked you how I could get my Groupon honored, you said you needed to help “the paying customer who would be booking the entire place out first.” I know the value of my Groupon is not as much but I am hoping to receive the service I paid for.
