3 months agoWe had my son's 11th birthday party here, and everyone, even the parents, had a great time! Things to know: *Two of the cages are manual pitch machines, meaning you will need a parent volunteer to load the balls into the pitch machine and you will need to gather all of the balls to reuse them. *The other two cages have automatic pitch machines but can be manually loaded. You still have to gather all of the balls. *The time goes by fast, and I would suggest 3 hours min for a party. The one staff member who was present was very helpful and kind. She explained everything clearly and never made us feel like a bother. The only downsides that I can think of is that it gets warm inside there and we had a couple of flies. Dress in light layer clothes, bring water and food tents to keep flies off.

5 months agoI came to San diego with my son for a baseball tournament. Came in early and decided to find some cages to get my son some extra reps before the tourney Well I found the cages but that's all I found. While we were there, there were no employees to be found, no help or guidance on how the place works to be found and when I asked for a manager or owner, they were also no where to be found. Here's what I did find. Rude employees, even ruder management including the owner who was so cold i thought I was back in a ct winter. He brushed me off as if I was beneath him and not at his level. I found trash on the ground the bathroom was gross and all together just a general sense of chaos with a, if you don't like it leave attitude coming from the staff. I would never recommend this place for you and your child.

a year agoWhen it was our turn to use the batting cage after the other person had finished the woman working there did not tell us anything about how to use the machines only that it is our turn. She set it up for the person next to us but she did not want to check if we needed any kind of help, it took about 10 minutes of our 30 minutes that we reserved just to figure out everything because the pitching machine was left on high speed and set very low to where the ball didn't even make it to the home plate. When we finally did get her to help us she didn't try to tell us what to do she just moved the machine up and left while in her slippers and back onto her phone at the desk.
