The Pitch USA was founded to inform, instruct & inspire the serious ball player. The conditioning and training protocols we use are researched-based and proven to be the most up-to-date techniques for mechanical efficiency and injury prevention. We provide private and group instruction for players and work with physical therapists to rehabilitate injured throwers. Our pre-season, in-season and off-season conditioning programs will build functional strength and improve flexibility while incorporating efficient mechanics.
