a year agoHappy One year anniversary… glad to have my child join the BP family… thanks to Coach Marc for all dedication and believing in these boys. Highly recommend your child to join this amazing baseball family. My son has progressed 100% with just being trained for only 3 months.

2 years agoWe had a really unfortunate experience with this facility. We were given a written layout of what our monthly fee was to include, with 6hrs of practice weekly, tournaments etc. but we never received that. We were lucky to get 3hrs of practice a week at the facility which was often shorthanded and parents had to jump in to fill the gaps. Over the course of 2.5 months we only had 2 field practices. There was never any adjustment made to the pricing structure or acknowledgement of this. During our time there we saw a high turnover of coaches and related drama and across the board there was a high level of disorganization with regards to scheduling, and the program did not seem to have a direction and the kids' progress mirrored that. In the end we left, along many many other families, due to the behavior of the facility owners, and their inability to get themselves organized to provide the progress and consistency we were promised and had paid for. Any complaints or criticisms were met with very backhanded responses and deflection from the owners and they held the players and parents to a much higher level than they were committing to themselves. I really think their philosophy has so much potential but due to inexperience and mistakes as new business owners as well as too much ego it was not able to be successfully executed during our time at the facility.Edited to add: I feel like the response below from the facility is really just driving home what I said above in regards to deflection and and the backhanded responses to any form of critique, but since the facility did choose to put my full legal name out to the public when my review did not already include that information I just want to extend the offer for anyone interested to feel free to reach out to me via FB/IG if they'd like to discuss and see the receipts. Since our departure the 10U team alone has lost over a dozen families, and despite their reply they ran off 3 coaches, one of whom was outstanding. We all continue see one another at other try-outs, tournaments etc. and the consensus is the same across the board as to why we all moved on. You cant have lost 80% of a team and stand there and pretend that its not a management problem- my suggestion to you, Marc and Tori, is that be something that you address at home because I can assure you paying customers are not going to put up with it. As I'm sure you're seeing now.
