a month agoAbsolutely terrible experience at San Diego School of Baseball. The batting cages are poorly maintained, the equipment is outdated, and to make matters worse, the owner, Coach Leonetti, is incredibly unprofessional and rude. He shows no patience with kids or parents, makes everything about himself, and creates an overall hostile environment. There are plenty of other batting cages and coaches in San Diego who actually care about teaching baseball and treating customers with respect—avoid this place at all costs.

7 months agoSteve at the School of Baseball has been an absolute game-changer for our son! He started baseball later than most, but thanks to Steve’s incredible coaching, he now excels as both a hitter and a pitcher. Steve’s ability to break down the physical aspects of the game while also strengthening the mental side has been invaluable.Beyond just improving mechanics, Steve knows exactly how to guide players through slumps, helping them stay confident and focused. We’ve been seeing him for years, and the progress our son has made is truly amazing. We can’t recommend Steve enough—he’s a fantastic coach and mentor!

a year agoI highly recommend SDSB at any levels for your developing baseball player. My son has been coming to coach Steve for over 3 years and has become a smarter more confident baseball player. Steve can teach from basic fundamentals all the way to the mental approach for this game. I can’t thank him enough for how great his program.

a year agoMy son has been going to lessons with Coach Steve Leonetti for over 6 months and it has been an amazing experience. Coach is so patient and he really gets to know each kiddo and what motivates them. We have seen my son’s skills improve so much. This includes batting, catching, throwing, and overall attitude toward baseball. She gets so excited to go to his coaching sessions. Coach is so good that my colleagues whom I have referred to him ask if he has a sports psychology background. I highly recommend San Diego School of Baseball for all of these reasons.
