Kartville

This was an amazing day! The staff were all friendly and respectful. I'm a bit older and out of shape, but the young guys didn't complain or get impatient waiting for me to get in and out of rides. We were celebrating my granddaughter turning 10. So you know this old kid at heart had to jump in. It was so fun watching her expression, just like her dad when he got to experience Kartville the first time. Thanks for the memories and ability to create more for a new generation of parents and kids!

Such a fun, nostalgic spot! I went with a close friend after not visiting for over 15 years (I used to come here for summer camp field trips), and it was just as good as I remembered.The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole vibe even better. Just a heads-up: it’s cash-only, but there’s an ATM on-site if you need it.We got there right at 7 p.m. and barely had to wait at all at first. Between 7 and 9 p.m. they do this awesome $20 unlimited rides deal (otherwise it’s $5 per ride). By around 7:30 the lines were getting a bit longer, but they moved really quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal.We played mini golf for $5—it’s not the fanciest course, but honestly it was great for the price. Super fun! The go-karts were faster than I remembered, which was a fun surprise! Our favorite part was the dune buggies. The trail has little bridges and bumps that make it so entertaining.They also have bumper boats, though we decided to skip those because we didn’t want to get wetOverall, Kartville is an awesome, affordable place to hang out with friends or family. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun, laid-back night out!

We had a time here! Its small but definitely enjoyable. You pay for each ride, a la carte so don’t come here looking for deals. They have kids working so don’t expect great customer service. Just pull up for the vibes and something to do in the middle of nowhere Peoria. I would definitely not come back because once you did it, you did it but if you are around the way, I would recommend the visit!

The staff is rude, inattentive, and untrained, while the new owner is greedy, clueless, and only focused on money.We brought a group of kids for what should have been a fun outing, but they were unfairly pulled off the track for “bumping.” The video clearly showed it wasn’t them, yet we were forced to PAY AGAIN just to get the rides they had already been cheated out of. That’s not safety—that’s scamming paying customers.Instead of apologizing or making it right, the owner blamed his “high school staff” and complained about insurance costs. Newsflash: nobody cares about your expenses. Customers care about getting the fair and safe experience they paid for. Cutting laps short, kicking kids off unfairly, and charging families twice is disgraceful.And I’m not the first one to go through this—other reviews show the same problems. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern.Kartville is running on excuses, greed, and poor service. Unless they train staff properly and start treating customers with respect, this place won’t last.

I thought this place would have been more fun. It definitely has the potential. There were only 2 teen employees running the place today and they did an amazing job trying to keep uo with the demand. I'm unsure why they bother to open during the day if they aren't going to staff it properly. I sure hope they are paying those teen boys more than normal because they were working their butts off on the hot day and didn't seem to be able to take a break.They were running back and forth between the concessions, go karts, dune buggies, and water bumper boats. The boys were polite, had great attitudes, and were great with the kids.I give this place 2 stars because $5/rides when you only get one lap on the dune buggies, and 3 laps on the go karts, and 3 mins on the water bumper boats seems pretty steep. The courses seemed long in the pictures on the website, but they're truly not that long. The pool for the the bumper boats is very small and there are only 5 boats, one person per boat. Ones I went on in Texas sprayed each other, so was disappointed these did not do that.There is no shade over the mini golf area so it got extremely hot so we cut our game short. The batting cage ate our change. The teens were busy so we decided not to stand in line to wait and let them know. We had just waited in line for over 10 minutes to get water and change already.It would be nice if there was a wrist band deal during the day on weekdays for kids for some time.The prices on ice water were good - $1. Pop $2.5I did drive 2 hours to visit this place, so my expectations may be higher than others.They accept cash only.You pay for each "ride" when you go to them. I found it kind of annoying. There has to be a better system.
