a year agoCalled to ask about their batting cage and the associate was very rude and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and before I could finish he is have me an answer and hung up on me. Needless to say he is the reason I won’t be shopping at this Dick’s.

a year agoReally bad reviews about this place. It’s your business and you can’t treat people as an interruption to your day, especially when it’s your work.I guess I did not look like a big money spender or a coach, so I was totally blown off and never even acknowledged.Way to go Dicks…

3 years agoIt would be cool… if they let you go inside! I went and they make things so complicated by making you talk to the manager or a skilled employee. They also say things like you can’t mess around… no duh I’m going to try out bats! It also took them so long just to get someone there, so we just left
