Frozen Ropes

My son started off at Frozen Ropes with coach Tracy and learned some solid batting skills. Recently I've been trying to reach them by phone over the past 2 weeks to sign up for additional camps and training, but can't get a return call. I guess they have enough business

Terrible experience, do not recommend. I come in all the time and pay for 30 minutes to use the cage with my younger brother. The owner told me he only had time to fit me in for 15 minutes. I agreed and used half of my time only for him to tell me I was out of time 9 minutes in. He barged into the cage to wrap us up, grabbed mine and my 10yr old brother’s jacket hanging on the L-screen and threw them on the ground. Flat out disrespectful. It’s not about the time but rather the principal of not being professional and standing by your word. He then proceeded to tell me he actually gave me 17 minutes of time, which was a lie. After that he contradicted himself claiming I was “arguing over 5 minutes”. Complete joke… won’t be back.

Solid facility with excellent instructors. My son's swing has improved drastically to the point where other parent's on our Little League team asked what we did to work on it. I referred them all to Frozen Ropes 4S.

Good intro environment for kids to drill the baseball fundamentals and engage in city wide competition.
