Super focused and engaged with the two ten year olds I brought. He’s clearly super smart on the fundamentals. Loved how he engaged and related to the kids. We’ll make this a regular thing. They’ve already made improvements on their understanding of the fundamentals.

I highly recommend Canyonside Cages enough. David and Nate are excellent coaches, Instructors and good people. But the best (and unexpected) result of going to Canyonside Cages was the huge boost in confidence my ballplayers shows. I our case, that baseball confidence turned into consistent “big hits” and “fun” play. Now my “Little League player” is very good at the sport and has a ton of baseball friends in our community. We received so much more than just batting/pitching practice. Thank You.

Have known Coach Ring for years and have been bringing my nephews to his facility for years. He has a deep knowledge of the game and truly cares about seeing improvement in his hitters. Awesome gym in the front as well!

First two lessons with coach David was great. I then made the mistake of signing my son up for 20 lessons. That's when things turned. Coach David starting yelling at my kid and even giving my 9year old kid the f-word. David Ring said he doesn't want to coach my kid anymore (not I would let him continue) and refused to refund money for my remaining lessons.

Canyonside Cages and Uprush Athletics do a FANTASTIC job of making sure my needs are met in the weight room and on the baseball field. Every session I learn something new and my limits are constantly being pushed. Stephanie and John have been a huge help in providing me with personal 1 on 1 training sessions. The knowledge they share has benefited me in so many ways and most importantly they are good people. The relationship I have with them is invaluable and I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. I highly recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area who is looking to better there performance.
