2 months agoDecent facility and staff, based on one experience. Nice that the slow pitch batting machines have selectable arc heights, however, the 10 and 12 foot arcs hit the netting above the cage. Also, you have to pick up your own balls. At $2.50 for 15 balls (with many hitting the top of the net), I’ll take my business elsewhere.

2 months agoOut of 4 cages only 2 work. One has been broke for months. Its summer and its too many kids for 2 pitching machines. Thr softball balls are falling apart and busted. The nets are falling down so you cant hit the 12ft setting because the balls just hit the top net before it can get to you.

7 months agoWe love DBat. We are monthly members and also had our son’s birthday party there. Evenings are a little crowded but for the most part people take turns with the cages. They’re knowledgeable with equipment purchases and lessons are easy to schedule.

8 years agoTook my glove in to be restrung. They promised me a turn around of a week. 3 weeks later I got my glove back and they charged me more than quoted. They butchered it. Did not use new string and did not know what they were doing. They even tried to blame the shipping company for damages. See the photos...zero stars!
