3 months agoThis was a really good outlet for my kids, but it does not open until after 12pm despite what google claims. Some staff were amazingly kind, others were less than courteous.Pier 57, down the block, was amazing. It’s essentially a food hall that had vendors who could feed the kids all different meals that they wanted at the same time. Quality hot dogs, gourmet grilled cheese, shoestring fries and delicious tacos.

5 months agoI signed my daughter up for 5 weeks of camp and was disappointed with the experience. On the very first day, she got hurt and no one notified me—not even the nurse. She was scared to go back after that. I told her to let someone know next time so I could pick her up, but communication was lacking. There’s also no makeup policy, which is frustrating—especially since both of my daughters got sick from attending camp and missed a week. Sick kids were still being brought in, which likely contributed to that. Her experience was OKEY, but she was never excited to go to camp in the morning.Overall, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and at times came off as rude—possibly because many of them were younger coaches. I’d recommend waiting to register until right before camp or even a week before start to get a better sense of how things are being run. Overall a bit disappointing experience for the price they charge.

6 months agoI hate to do this, I come here all the time. But closing an hour early because you’re not busy is just unprofessional. I get people call out, but that’s what managers are for. You fill the holes. Trust me, I know this because I too am in hospitality. Why have hours if you’re just going to do whatever you feel like on that day. It’s like summer camp for adults.
