Unfortunately, our experience at Boomers today was very disappointing. My boys went to ride the go-karts and were measured and cleared to drive on their first race with no issues. When they returned for a second race, the attendant suddenly told one of my sons he was “too short” and couldn’t ride even though he had just finished racing as a solo driver with no problems.My husband asked for clarification, and instead of a reasonable explanation, we were told bluntly that he couldn’t ride. We asked for a refund because this was unfair and inconsistent with the rules they had just applied.When the manager came over, things only got worse. He handled the situation very unprofessionally raising his voice, blaming his employee, and making a scene instead of apologizing or simply correcting the issue. After all his yelling, he eventually refunded my husband.We’ve been coming here for years, even back when it was Camelot and $10 Buck Tuesdays were a thing. But after today’s experience, the poor customer service, and the unprofessional management, it’s honestly not worth the price anymore. We’d rather drive to Oxnard for Golf N’ Stuff, where the staff actually treats guests with respect and consistency.

This place was so much fun! I remember coming here when I was a kid and now I’m bringing my kids. The person in charge is really good with kids and super patient. I’m writing this review because I am really impressed with the customer service and with the way this place is managed. My son wore himself out in the batting cages and we had zero problems with it, just kick the balls back down .
