5 months agoMy son and I recently visited the Batting Lanes 210 and really enjoyed the experience. Customer service is top-notch, as is the equipment . They were extremely helpful in operating and explaning the pitching machine and even provided my son a replacement bat after he cracked his brand new bat. One suggestion, maybe allow for more batting area, my son would hit the net on his follow thru, he felt it was a bit snug. I highly recommend the facility, and we look forward to returning.

5 months agoA very nice facility that offers Hittrax systems. I’ve never seen my kid have more fun hitting than this. It was special to see how he reacted to hitting home runs. I was able to hit some bombs myself. Great time. We will be back.

a week agoI signed up for a membership for my son 3 months ago. Incredibly easy process and the staff was awesome. Love how easy it is to book a cage with the app. My son got in 100-150 swings a day and has dramatically improved his hitting in games. I recommend for any local player wanting to get better!

a week agowe booked a cage for an hour last week and loved it. The machine threw strikes and Hittrax was awesome. It really helps being able to see where the ball is going on an actual field and fun to see how far and hard we could hit the ball. Definitely going to be coming back.

a week agoOutdated payment model. Horrible customer service through email. 7 day notice to cancel. If you sign up please be mindful to the fine print because it’s shady practice to have no flexibility and no activity of the membership of reimbursement of membership.Update I signed up for a summer program not an ongoing membership. What kind of service only lets you cancel through email and not through the app directly. Sounds like a poor model only to thrive on customers to jump through hoops to cancel. Unfortunately you’re unable to see through forest . A respectable business would hear out the customer try to understand there situation. Instead I get told of the policy and a month free of baseball. Again why would I want a free month of baseball if I’m already trying to cancel. I reached out to you on 10/2 to try to cancel . Most places would prorate the rest of the month or even just reimburse 2 days . But again I get lecture of Schematics of the contract as if I was in court. Beware of the contract yall and the expectation of it , hopefully you can learn from my experiences and find an alternative baseball facility!
