Batters Box Batting Cages

Delivered about a hundred balls in a 30 minute session. Accurate machines. We were in the 35-45MPH range. Fun, high paced facility with about 5 cages.

I went here with my boyfriend, who played baseball in college, and we did not like the experience at all. The workers are rude. Not sure if it was due to our darker skin, but it did make us wonder… My boyfriend showed me how all the balls are torn up so they don’t pitch consistently. The pitches were all over the place. It was loud and hot and the “hallway” to get to the cage was overcrowded with people. We were constantly bumping into people and cage doors just to get back and forth to our cage. It’s overpriced and smells funky too - like stinky feet. Just bad all around. Find better batting cages because these “stink”!

They kept charging me for months after I cancelled my membership. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to do the right thing and refund my money. They know I hadn’t stepped foot in the place or accessed their online system during the months they charged me. The kicker is we had two memberships for my two sons. They cancelled one but not the other. Why on earth would I keep one membership and cancel the other?! Terrible business. Stay away! Unethical people.

This is the best facility in San Diego. I would recommend anyone to this place. The staff is amazing and the quality of the 1 on 1 coaching is awesome. Plus they are one of, if not the only batting cages, that have actual baseballs. You need to check this place out and you’ll see why they are the best! Thanks to coach Stephen’s and the other coaches for helping my son Ej with his game.

Came here on Saturday so my daughter to practice her softball hits. First time visiting this place, the staff was so AWESOME!!! Everyone was so helpful and explained how the cages operated. Definitely gonna make this our Saturday fun day.
