The machines offer various speeds: Baseball ranges from 40-70mph (40/50/60/70), fastpitch softball ranges from 40-60mph (40/50/60), and slow pitch softball is a single speed (high arc). Inside the cage, you have the option of choosing your speed (time only, not on tokens).
To use a cage, you need a bat and helmet. If you do not have your own, we offer both for no extra charge. You are required to wear a helmet at all times when in the cages (slowpitch softball is the only exception), as well as shoes. NO flip flops/sandals, and NO CLEATS. Also, only one person in a cage at a time (no parents or coaches).

a month agoGreat place to have your kid practice his batting. You can pick softball or baseball pitches. And various speeds. They also have pizzas and even a few games. Busier when raining or late afternoon.

3 months agoAwesome. I needed to hit some baseballs. It is more than just a batting cage. They have other games to play like pool, some video games they also have food like pizza and other items. It would be a fun place for parties or a fun place to take kids young and old.

4 months agoI visited Batcade on Sunday (1/26/25) with my 11-year-old stepson for what I expected to be a fun and wholesome experience. After finishing our session, we sat down to eat food from Central Park Pizza. To our absolute disgust, we witnessed on of the attendants at the register (where you get your gear) engaging in highly inappropriate behavior. This individual (the taller one of the two attendants who appeared to be a teenager or young adult) repeatedly placed both hands inside his pants and, shockingly, exposed himself. Both my stepson and I witnessed this vile behavior. Meanwhile, both attendants were watching football on a laptop, blatantly ignoring their professional responsibilities. This is beyond unacceptable. It's not just inappropriate for a family-friendly establishment - it's indecent exposure, plain and simple. This behavior should never occur specially in a place where children are present. Management needs to address this immediately. This employee needs to be spoken to, disciplined, and taught that this behavior is not only unprofessional but completely intolerable.

2 years agoAmazing facility, well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful, all the equipment was in good working condition in and around the batting cages, on site parking is always a plus! The high arch slow pitch is an awesome way to get the kids confidence up right before a game, I'm glad we chose this place to practice. The pizza parlor on site is delicious by the way, lots of pastas and specialty pizzas to choose from which is great after hitting a few balls the kids definitely worked up an appetite, very clean set up and staff was awesome here too! Thank you BatCade we will definitely be back sooner than later.
