Boomers Santa Maria

Giving this two stars because our kids enjoyed what the employees were willing to operate. We bought unlimited passes but weren't able to use everything because bumper cars and go karts were being operated by an employee with terrible communication skills. She indicated she would help us or someone else would come after we pushed the button, but proceeded to watch us wait while two rounds of people got on bumper cars. I look at the sign (pictured) so I tried to have my kid just get on bumper cars and the sign up front is now 44" so "he has to wait again" so she can get the two seater? So confusing. I thought, oh maybe she has to stay there and isn't saying that? No, less than half an hour later that same girl was now up on the counter helping the busy line at prizes. We didn't mind waiting or coming back (we did and there was still no one there) but the terrible communication and inconsistent customer service was not worth the $75. (I had to buy a pass for myself so my little one could enjoy the big go karts as a passenger).

Employee that helped us seemed new....had to wait at batting cages for a long time for help and went to follow up and found employee busy with long lines of customers and not having much help. Was finally able to get the card we needed to hit balls for 1/2 an hour. We also played mini golf. Course is interesting but kinda basic...right next to freeway but pretty some nice scenery and a water feature.

Hadn’t been here since I was a kid and was excited for my kids to now enjoy it. They had a great time, however the staff was very unwelcoming. Right as when we got there I walked up to the counter to ask a question and two employees just stood there talking to each other as if they didn’t see me standing right in front of them. I gave them a minute and then finally interrupted. The whole visit every employee seemed to be bothered that they had to actually work. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to love this place again.

This place is the best to take young kids, 3-18 years old. The bumper cars are the most fun ride, but also they have batting cages. They are open late, and they aren't that much to use. They have an indoor arcade with so many different games, and the food court isn't so bad. You can buy bracelets and have endless fun. 10/10 for me.

Great local place to take the kids. I recently took my son and his friends on a weekday and they had so much fun. We used their online deal which was pretty good for unlimited attractions. The place is very clean and I was very impressed with their food court/ bar area. We will definitely be coming back soon!
