Our main goal was to provide a quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels and help them reach their goals.
In setting forth on the journey to accomplish this vision, D-BAT opened its original location in a small facility in North Dallas with 6 employees – D-BAT believed that the best way to teach the game was by getting into the details of baseball and softball with each and every player and instructing them as individuals.

in the last weekI visited today for the first time. I have to say thank you. Your employee at the front was so helpful, professional, and friendly. Shahir Gates was awesome as well. I haven't had any experience quite like that since the pandemic started. Top notch facility as well!Update: less than 45 balls in the pitching machine. (Said something 2 weeks ago to the front desk) Balls are in terrible shape. Still a great facility, just time for some love.

4 months agoI’ve been on a paying monthly membership for the last two years haven’t stepped foot in the facility in the last 6 months all while still paying the monthly fee which is fine. My wife accidentally booked training and 4 hours later I call to tell them that was a mistake and they say they have to charge me. This leads to a terrible customer experience and comes across as a rip off. We’ve had at least three instances in the past where they canceled on us, once with no warning just this past winter.Maybe rethink your policy for monthly paying members. Or if you call back after a few hours from making the appointment. Or consider a reduced charge rather than the full amount.
