On Deck opened its doors over a decade ago and has been providing elite training opportunities and family-style service ever since. We are a family business after all (Mike, Rose, and Michael Rogers) and our dream started with a single, jury-rigged backyard batting cage over twenty years ago.
Our mission to give every customer a batting cage they can call home, has gradually expanded into a 24,000 square foot facility with various sports related business within that make On Deck a one-stop shop for batting cages, a charter school, private lessons, clinics, speed & power training, apparel, and equipment.

a week agoMy 6-year-old just took a private lesson with Kamau Neighbors, and he was absolutely fantastic! My son is brand new to baseball, so I really wanted someone who could break things down to the basics. Kamau did exactly that—and more.In the very first lesson, he covered a wide range of fundamentals and explained everything in a way my son could easily understand. He also brought along plenty of training “gadgets” that made the session fun while teaching helpful techniques. It was an amazing first experience, and we’re so excited for many more lessons ahead!

5 months agoPitching Machine was not cooperating at all, Definitely would NOT recommend this place if you are coming here alone, just doesn’t make sense if you are looking to enjoy it. Would like my $30 back, felt like I was scammed

2 years agoUnderstaffed and poorly run. You have to call multiple times for someone to answer.I had a 4pm reservation for 30 minutes, but there was nobody at the desk from 4:00 until 4:10 to check in - essentially paid for 30 minutes but only received 20. Staff was oblivious to this.
