a week agoWhat a hidden gem! Drove over from Sunnyside after an Elmjack teammate recommended this place for their batting cages. The pitching machine is easy to operate and adjust - my kid and I took turns with zero issues. They have helmets you can borrow (not sure about bats since we brought several of our own). Definitely a bit more expensive these days but seemed on par with other places (I miss the outdoor cages on Randall's Island). Super friendly staff and great overall experience. We'll be back for sure

4 months agosuch a fun experience! I've never been to batting cages before and this is such a "only in NYC" type of experience given that it's technically located in the back of a shoe store. The facility is large, clean and all equipment is provided for. We did a one hour rental with the BATA-1 machine and had a great time - I think the price is extraordinarily fair given all that's provided and how modern the facility is. Staff is super helpful, kind and knowledgable. Highly recommend, they have a ton of other options for batting cage rental as well!
