2 years agoGreat place to sign up for instructions for a variety of sports. We completed a few sessions with the Buffalo United Football League during the winter and my son really enjoyed going and learning. We are now working with coach Mike from Standout baseball! Great coach, my son has improved drastically with his hitting and pitching.

3 years agoI took my first CrossFit class here with them and they were great! They were so encouraging and were very welcoming for a first timer. They create a really positive and team-like atmosphere that is challenging yet not intimidating, focusing on proper form and mechanics for all exercises. A great place to start (and continue!) CrossFit.

a year agoFirst time visiting and I'll be returning. Huge facility, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, there's cages, catch areas and more. Honestly, go visit and see for yourself. They even have a gym area too.
