3 weeks agoI canceled my membership the first time in August, second time in September by calling and the lady who answered the phone both times (not sure if it was the same person) said they would cancel it. Meanwhile I am still being charged. Someone told me to cancel online, I done that in October. November rolls around and I am charged yet again. I call and the manager conveniently is never available or returns my calls. We have used them since they opened and never had any issues previously. She moved off to College and no longer uses DBats. My daughter was actually featured to represent the Beaumont location for the prospect player. I am not sure what happened but it has definitely gone down hill. I have been charged for the last 4 months for $232. I just want my membership canceled and my money returned! I know of other people who have dealt with the same thing when they canceled in July as well. I am hoping this will finally get someone to reach out and fix this mess.
