a month agoI ordered a glove a few weeks ago from the Red Stitch website because they have great prices on Wilson gloves. I was miffed at first because my order did not ship the same day as purchased per their policy. I emailed customer support and Paul was quick to apologize, explaining that he discussed the issue with staff so it wouldn't happen again. He also reimbursed the upgraded shipping fee I paid. Great customer service goes a long way! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

5 months agoTook my son for camp and he absolutely loved it! All the coaches were very patient and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of apparel they offered. 10/10 recommend.
