Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital products (Canva templates, PDF/PNG downloads, and other printable files) sold by Batting Cages Near By (“we,” “our,” “us”) to customers worldwide, including the United States.

2. No Returns, No Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads that are immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason—including but not limited to:

  • “Buyers’ remorse” or change of mind
  • Inability to use the template in your software
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Failure to complete KYC or payment issues

3. Exceptions & Technical Support

While we cannot issue refunds, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter any of the following, please contact us (connect@battingcagesnearby.com) within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue:

  • Corrupted or Missing Files: Download link is broken or file is unreadable
  • Access Issues: You cannot access the embedded Canva link
  • Template Errors: Major layout or bleed setting is incorrect

In these cases, we will provide you with a corrected file or an alternate download link at no extra cost.

4. How to Request Assistance

To report an issue or request technical support, please:

  1. Email connect@battingcagesnearby.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the problem (screenshots if applicable)
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.
  3. We aim to resolve all valid technical issues within 3 business days.

5. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
