Hitting Zone Indoor Batting Cages

Staff is very rude. My kid wanted to get better at hitting. I took my kid there and the machine hit him in the third pitch. We let the staff know and they didn’t seem to care. Later that week we went to Breckley’s bullpen and he did not get hit. Staff was super nice here. Hitting zone is dirty and not organized.

I called Thursday about their hours and they told us on Mondays - Fridays they were opened at 1:00. When we showed up the next day (8/18) at 1:10 they weren’t open and after calling multiple times they never answered or anything, and we ended up leaving at 2:30 with 5 different cars who waited over a hour.

Absolutely love this place. Sometimes I go twice a day because its right by my house. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Taught me so many things that I would have otherwise had no clue about. Laid back vibes. Really fun!!!

Little hard to find but great place to teach your kid to hit a ball! Going back for sho!

Very poor customer service and poor unprofessional attitudes towards customers. Dis-organized and do not accommodate team hitting easily; requiring them to only utilize cages during off hours.
