The City of Clovis and Clovis Area Recreation (CAR) own and operate the City of Clovis Batting Range, located at Sierra Bicentennial Park (corner of Sunnyside and Sierra). The facility has 8 baseball pitching machines, 5 softball machines (3 for fast pitch and 2 for slow pitch), an elevator, computerized operating system and new netting. Participants must bring their own bat and helmet to use the facility.

2 years agoIt was my first time taking my son here and we had a lot of fun. Prices are great $2.50 for 200 balls or 25 for 1/2 cage rental with unlimited balls. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We will be going back!

a year agoThis place might want to change their hours. It was such a bummer I brought my son out today 1/21/24 and they were closed even though their hours say open on Sunday from 12 pm to 7 pm. I'm hoping it was because of the rain/weather. However, there were no puddles of any kind inside the cages! A gentleman and his daughter arrived shortly after I did he was pretty disappointed as well. Really sucks because the prices here are so much better than Blackbeards!

a year agoHours on the website say they are open but they have been closed during those hours the last 3 times we went to hit balls. Phone calls are not answered or returned. When they were open the 1 time, only 5 lanes were usable, the rest were out of order. UPDATE they've been showing up and open lately so here is a star upgrade
